Your Memory Bank customers utilize our services for a variety of reasons including safeguarding of their cherished memories, quality of processing and equipment, order tracking and delivery of finished product.

You can place your order in one of three ways;

1. Click on “Order Your Memory Bank Shipping Pack.”  Fill out the form, provide us with your payment information*, and click enter. Upon receipt of your request, we will send one or more Your Memory Bank Shipping Packs to your residence or business for you to safely pack and ship your precious memories to our national processing center.  Once we receive your precious memories, we will contact you to discuss your order and provide a final pricing estimate. 

2. Call us at 630-922-9400 and request a Memory Bank Shipping Pack.   Upon providing your contact and payment information to us*, we will send one or more Your Memory Bank Shipping Packs to your residence or business.  You then pack your memories and send them via your preferred shipper (FedEx, UPS, DHL, US Postal Service) to our national processing facility.  We always recommend utilizing a service that will allow you to track your package from your doorstep to ours. 

3. Click on “Pack It Yourself And Pre-Pay Online.”  Use this option if you would rather pack and mail your original media with your own shipping materials.  Fill out the online order form and transmit it to us. When we receive your materials, we will reconcile them with your order form and payment, then contact you to review and then process your order. If you prefer, you can also click on the Printable Order Form, complete the form, pack it with your precious memories and send it to our national processing center for handling.

*You will be charged a $5.95 postage and handling fee per Your Memory Bank Shipping Pack sent to your address.  This fee will be deducted from your order’s final processing cost if your Memory Bank shipping pack is returned to our office with your order within 30 days of your original request.  Upon order completion you will also be charged a shipping and handling fee for return shipping of your original media and the finished product based on size and weight of shipped materials.
